LTU Business is looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for further developing the company's brand and strategic communication in markets with national/international customers and partners.

We believe you have experience in creating commercial growth and strong brands with smart communication, preferably in the international market.

Your role with us

As a strategist, you will be a key person in our team. You combine strategic insight with the ability to execute and confidently switch between consulting, brand platforms, and hands-on production. You will work closely with the CEO, responsible for LTU Business's brand and strategic communication towards business goals such as partnerships, growth, and talent attraction. You will work as a senior strategist on projects with regional, national, and international customers and partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication efforts from idea to implementation and follow-up.

Examples of tasks:

  • Drive and develop LTU Business's overall brand platform, messaging strategy, and channel strategy.
  • Build business-driving communication that leads to new and expanded business within the company's service portfolio.
  • Identify audience insights, trends, and positioning opportunities and work closely with the company's sales team and chief strategist to translate these into business opportunities.
  • Project manage and execute campaigns and events as part of LTU Business's communication strategy, where you are responsible for planning, coordination, and execution in close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and partners.

You have:

  • A relevant higher education in communication, marketing, or similar.
  • Several years of experience in owning and developing a brand platform in-house.
  • Experience in developing creative concepts, planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns and events as part of an overall communication strategy.
  • A data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Strength in creating engaging content for various channels and target groups.
  • Experience in leading campaigns and managing external suppliers.
